GoCrazyAI Earn terms

GoCrazyAI Earn, the official GoCrazyAI creator program ("the Program"), lets you earn commission by sharing a personal link to GoCrazyAI. It is run by GoCrazyAI ("we", "us"). By accepting these terms you enter the Program as an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner.

You must be at least 18 years old, hold a GoCrazyAI account in good standing, and be able to receive payments legally in your country. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which also apply.

On acceptance you receive a personal link. A "referral" is a person who creates a new GoCrazyAI account within 60 days of opening your link, where the most recent creator link opened wins.

The following are not referrals: accounts that existed before the link was opened; accounts you own, control or share; accounts created with false or disposable details; and accounts we determine were created by automation or incentive.

We show you counts of clicks, signups and paying referrals. We do not share referrals' names, email addresses or activity.

You earn 35% of the net revenue we receive from a referral's purchases made in the 6 months following that referral's first paid purchase. Subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and credit packs all qualify.

Net revenue means the amount actually received by us after taxes (including VAT and sales tax), payment-processing and platform fees, discounts, refunds, chargebacks and disputes.

Purchases made through Telegram, cryptocurrency or any channel other than our card checkout are excluded. Credits granted for free, goodwill or compensation carry no commission.

If a purchase is refunded, charged back or disputed, the related commission is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout.

Each commission is pending for 30 days after the purchase, then becomes available. Available balance is paid monthly, by PayPal or bank transfer, once it reaches $50. Balances below the minimum roll over.

You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We may ask for identity, address or tax details before paying out and may withhold payment until they are provided.

Payouts are made in US dollars. Transfer fees charged by your payment provider are yours.

Organic sharing only: your own content, channels, communities, newsletters and courses. You may not run paid advertising to your link, bid on "GoCrazyAI", "Go Crazy AI" or misspellings of them on any ad platform, or list your link on coupon, cashback, deal or incentive sites.

You must disclose that you use an affiliate link where required by law or platform rules, for example with "#ad" or "affiliate link".

You may not send unsolicited messages, use bots, fake accounts or automated signups, offer people money or rewards to sign up, or misrepresent what GoCrazyAI is, what it costs or what it can do.

Promotion must be safe-for-work and comply with the Community Guidelines and the rules of the platform you post on. You may not present GoCrazyAI as a tool for depicting real people without their consent, and you may not use another person's name, image or brand to promote your link.

You may not register domains, social handles or pages that could be confused with GoCrazyAI, or present yourself as GoCrazyAI staff.

You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected]. We can pause or end your participation at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or content that harms our reputation or payment relationships. In those cases unpaid commission is forfeited.

We may end or change the Program, including rates and windows, with 30 days' notice on this page. Changes do not reduce commission already earned on existing referrals within their window.

Commission for referrals continues after you leave in good standing until each referral's window ends.

We may use your name, handle and public content to confirm your participation. You may use the GoCrazyAI name and logo only to promote your link and must stop when asked.

Our liability under the Program is limited to unpaid commission that is properly due. The governing law and dispute terms of our Terms of Service apply.
