1. Adults only and age assurance

GoCrazyAI contains adult content. You must be at least 18 years old, and of legal age where you live, to create an account or use it.

• Every visitor sees an adult-content warning and must actively confirm that they are 18 or older before seeing any content. If you choose to leave, you are taken off the site.
• After you sign in, you confirm again that you are 18 or older before using adult features, and you actively accept our Terms.
• We may ask you to confirm your age again at any time. If you tell us you are under 18, adult features are permanently locked on that account.

2. Everything is AI-generated and fictional

All characters, images, audio and video on GoCrazyAI are generated by artificial intelligence. Characters are fictional adults. They are not real people, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

Characters may say things that are untrue, including offers to meet in person. No such meeting is possible. Generated content is marked as AI-generated, and you may not remove or alter those markers.

3. Prohibited content (zero tolerance)

You may not create, request or share any of the following, in any form, including roleplay, fantasy or “fictional” framing:

• Minors. Any sexual or suggestive content involving anyone under 18 or anyone who appears to be under 18, including youthful descriptions, school settings or child-like features.
• Real people. Content depicting a real, identifiable person, including celebrities and public figures, using photos, videos or voices of real people, or imitating a real person's likeness. Impersonating a real person.
• Undressing. Removing or altering clothing on an existing image of any person. We do not offer undress, face swap or deepfake features.
• Non-consent. Sexual violence, coercion, sexual activity with someone asleep, intoxicated or otherwise unable to consent, hidden-camera or “revenge” scenarios, and any non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Incest. Sexual content between family members, including step-family and adoptive family roleplay.
• Bestiality and necrophilia.
• Extreme violence and harm. Gore, torture, mutilation, and content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Exploitation and illegal activity. Human trafficking, solicitation of real sexual services, illegal drugs or weapons, terrorism, and content that breaks the law.
• Hate and harassment. Content that attacks people based on protected characteristics, and threats or harassment of real people.
• Circumvention. Attempts to bypass our safety systems or age checks, and removing AI-generated labels or metadata.

Breaking these rules leads to removal of the content and can lead to account termination and reporting to the authorities.

4. How we moderate

• Fictional characters only. Characters are fictional adults created from options we provide.
• Before generation. Prompts, character details and other inputs pass automated safety checks, including keyword and topic block lists, designed to block the content in section 3, including checks for minors, real people and non-consent.
• After generation. Generated content is checked automatically, and reported content is reviewed by our team. Prohibited content is removed without undue delay.
• Enforcement. Accounts that create or try to create prohibited content are suspended or permanently banned and may not create further content.
• Private by default. Content you generate is private to your account and is not published on GoCrazyAI.
• We keep moderation records so decisions can be reviewed, appealed and shown to regulators and payment partners.

5. Reporting content

Anyone, with or without an account, can report content that breaks these rules on our Report Content page or by emailing [email protected] with a link or description of the content. Reports involving minors, real people or non-consent are handled first.

6. Content removal for real people (likeness and intimate imagery)

If you believe content on GoCrazyAI depicts you, or someone you represent, without consent, use the Report Content page or email [email protected] with the subject “Removal request”. Include a link or description of the content and a way to contact you. You do not need an account.

We aim to remove non-consensual intimate content within 48 hours of receiving a valid request and take reasonable steps to remove identical copies. We may ask for information to confirm the request is genuine. If you disagree with a decision, reply to the same email to appeal; a different team member reviews appeals.

7. Child safety

We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material. When we find it, we remove it, terminate the accounts involved and report it to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Parents or guardians who believe a minor is using GoCrazyAI can email [email protected] and we will close the account.

8. Complaints

To make a complaint about content, moderation, billing or your account, email [email protected] with the subject “Complaint”.

• We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days with a reference number.
• We aim to resolve complaints within 7 business days and tell you the outcome and the reason for it. Complex cases can take longer; we tell you if so.
• Complaints about illegal content are escalated immediately and the content is removed while we review it.
• If you are not satisfied, reply to request an escalation. A person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it.

9. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on GoCrazyAI infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: your contact details; the work you believe is infringed; the location of the material on our site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. Users whose content is removed may send a counter-notice to the same address.

10. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 exemption statement

All visual content on GoCrazyAI is generated by artificial intelligence. No actual human beings are depicted, and no real performers take part in creating it. The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply. Users may not create content depicting real people (section 3).

11. Your wellbeing

AI characters are for entertainment. They are not real people and are not a substitute for professional advice or support. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or call 911 in an emergency.
