GoCrazyAI is now gocrazy.ai
GoCrazyAI moved from gocrazyai.com to gocrazy.ai and is now operated by Pinewood Labs1 LLC. Your account, credits and subscription are unchanged. Here is what changed and what did not.
What changed
1. The address. Every page that used to be on gocrazyai.com is now on gocrazy.ai. Old links, bookmarks and shared creations redirect automatically, so nothing you saved breaks. Emails from us now come from an @gocrazy.ai address.
2. The operating company. GoCrazyAI is now operated by Pinewood Labs1 LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy name the new company.
What did not change
- Your login. Same email, same Google sign-in, same password.
- Your subscription. Same plan, same price, same renewal date. No action needed.
- Your credits and creations. Everything in your library stays exactly where it is.
- Your data. It is handled under the same Privacy Policy, by the same team, with the same protections.
What you will see on your card statement
Subscription charges now appear as GOCRAZY or PINEWOOD LABS1 LLC. Earlier charges appeared as GOCRAZYAI or USPEH LABS LLC. It is the same subscription, only the name on the line changed.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, check it against your plan on the dashboard before disputing it with your bank, or write to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and we will sort it out.
A note on safety
We will never ask for your password, card number or a one-time code by email or chat. The only addresses we write from end in @gocrazy.ai. If a message claims to be from GoCrazyAI and asks for any of those, ignore it and forward it to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
